Who runs this site

The site is run by Radoslav Mastilović as a private individual, as part of the family beekeeping operation in Gacko, Bosnia and Herzegovina. There is no registered company. For anything concerning your data, write to the address at the bottom of this page.

Contact form

When you send a message through the form we collect three things you typed yourself: your name, your email address and the text of your message. The message goes to the owners' private mailboxes, and you automatically receive a confirmation that it arrived. Your email address is set as the reply-to address so we can answer you.

The basis for processing is your consent, given by filling in and sending the form. We use the data for nothing else — no newsletter, no advertising, no passing it on to third parties.

IP address and abuse protection

So that nobody can flood the form with an automated script, we limit how many messages one visitor can send. For that, a marker derived from your IP address is stored briefly — three messages per hour and eight per day per visitor, plus an overall ceiling for the whole site. Those records expire on their own after an hour or a day, and are not linked to any message or to your name.

Cookies

The site sets exactly one cookie — NEXT_LOCALE — which remembers whether you chose Serbian or English so your next visit does not land on the wrong one. It is not an advertising cookie, it does not follow you to other sites, and it contains nothing personal. There are no tracking cookies and no visitor profiling.

Visit statistics

We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to know how many people visit, which pages they come from, and how quickly the site loads for them. Both work without cookies, the data is aggregated, and it does not allow an individual visitor to be identified. We do not use Google Analytics or the Facebook Pixel.

Who else handles the data

The site relies on three services, each of which sees only what it needs:

• Vercel — hosting and visit statistics.
• Resend — delivery of the emails from the contact form.
• Upstash — temporary records for limiting how many messages are sent.

None of them receives your data for their own purposes or sells it on.

How long we keep it

Messages from the form stay in the owners' mailboxes for as long as the correspondence lasts, and are deleted on request. The rate-limiting records expire automatically within a day. Visit statistics are kept in aggregate and contain no individual visitors.

Your rights

You can ask at any time what data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. One email to the address below is enough. We answer within a few working days and charge nothing for it.

Children

This site is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If anything changes in how we handle data, this page changes and the date at the top changes with it. No silent edits after the fact.
